1. On-site Research
- The 3rd Solar Decathlon China, Solar Ark 3.0 (Joint Team of SEU and ETH)
The first time to be on-site for a construction project~
It's just so amazing to witness a model turning into a real-life building, and even more amazing to be a member of the construction team!
- Research on Ancient Buildings in the Forbidden City
Enjoying the empty Forbidden City on a Monday!
The ancient architecture can always provide us architects with boundless inspiration and enlightenment (*^â–˝^*)
2. Social Services
- Students’ Union in School of Architecture, SEU
Organizing academic conferences and student activities has given me the opportunity to meet many talented scholars and fascinating peers. The pursuits of architects and urban designers can be diverse, and their experiences constantly inspire me.
- Volunteer Associate of Arch.SEU
Our volunteer activities mainly involve collaborating with communities in Nanjing to provide architectural aesthetic education for teenagers. We believe that everyone is an architect of their own living space, and architecture/urban design is not just about building houses but shaping a better society.
3. Hobbies
- Sketching & Drawing
Drawing can make me feel at peace and at ease, especially with my earphones on.
- Cooking
Inspired by Julia Child, I have gradually fallen in love with cooking. Food has a magic healing power, and just like Mrs. Child, it's never too late to pursue what you truly love.
- Photography
I bought my Canon with my first scholarship. Whenever I have free time, I love taking it for a city walk. The streets filled with vibrant city life and the beauty of flowers and trees always touch my heart.
- My Dogs
I have two little dogs, Meatball and Bony. Just like their names, one is a little bit chubby and the other is skinny, but they are both adorable.
